Short-form, quick-fire, unedited thoughts, what I'm building... These are all things I've had in my mind for some time but nowhere to really push them out.
Here's the problem. Art of Infra and it's blog posts I produce, they're all long form or serve a purpose to the wider community. When writing a post;
- I ensure language is consistent, clear, and concise.
- Which differs vastly from how I like to just blurb out my thoughts.
- I review the post 2-3 times before posting, and sometimes, if they don't sit right, never see the light of day.
- Collect images and set descriptions, meta and so on.
- Create social media posts to link to said posts.
- Then, post-review when uploaded.
If I were to produce short-form content, just things off the top of my head, completely unedited and not heavily thought about, it doesn't suit the main blog on Art of Infra whatsoever and would quickly because an absolute sh*t storm.
So.. With this, I've put together an entirely new section on the website, aptly called "Shorts, Thoughts and Signals".
This is a place where I can just let my thoughts and ideas run wild without polluting the general content I produce for Art of Infra. It will house unedited thoughts on Infra, AI, what I'm building, quick tips, and more.
